Daydream Island: New Baron Asian Infusion Kitchen
Following an extensive redevelopment, Daydream Island Resort expanded their food and beverage offering across the island with three restaurants and three bars including an exciting new Asian Fusion restaurant featuring a stunning line up of Baron equipment including a private Teppanyaki suite.
We were recently invited up to the resort by Henry from ABC Catering Supplies to commission the Infinity Restaurant Kitchen and to provide training to the staff on how to properly use their new Baron equipment.
The team at ABC Catering Supplies have been working hard over at the resort with not only having to organise getting all of the equipment over to the island, but handling all the fit-out and installation and we must say they have done a fantastic job so far.
The lineup of Baron equipment featured in the kitchen includes two high powered gas woks, a pasta cooker with noodle basket insert, a six burner gas cooktop with oven and a smooth plate chrome finish frytop. Out at the Teppanyaki station is a 1200 wide frytop on a refrigerated base with drawers.
