How It Works: Industrial Boiling Pans
To follow up our recent article about the food processing technique of boiling, we thought we would showcase one of the perfect examples that Firex has to offer in the category with their Fixpan range of industrial boiling pans.
The Fixpan boiling pans and pasteurisers are available in 48 different models (with gas, electrical or steam heating) and are the simplest and most immediate resource for cooking large quantities of food in water.
"Industrial pans for pasteurisation ideal for cooking big quantities of food in water. Capacities from 100 to 550 litres. Specialised in boiling and pasteurising packed products"
With capacities from 100 to 550 litres, electronic control and autoclave pressure lid, these fixed industrial pans carry out with industrial precision and efficiency all the functions, including the ability to perform the pasteurisation process on a product that is already packaged (e.g. jars).
