We have some exciting new products on the horizon from Polaris that will breath fresh (and cool) air into the refrigeration sector.
Polaris, a professional refrigeration specialist company with over 25 years experience in the sector as well as an Ali Group partner, has been working overtime to refine and improve their range of commercial equipment, focusing on performance, reliability, technology and aesthetics.

Along with the new products, Polaris is refreshing its range of equipment by dividing them by sectors: BLAST CHILLERS, CABINETS, TABLES to make finding the right choice of equipment for your establishment and needs even easier.
Blast Chillers
Equipment designed and tailored to cater for any production need and specific sector, developed to ensure long-term planning, meet unexpected peaks in demand, additions to menus and waste reduction without losing sight of the main objective: assure consistently high quality of food over time.
Refrigerated Cabinets
Wide product range to organise and preserve food in professional food laboratories and kitchens. All Polaris cabinets have a stainless steel frame, in keeping with functionality and design requirements. It wouldn’t make sense to have high quality blast chilling without high quality storage.
Refrigerated Tables
Versatile and multipurpose, Polaris tables can be adapted to any space. Constructed in stainless steel with high-density polyurethane foam insulation entirely free from CFCs and 50mm thick, which means they can also operate at a room temperature of +40°C.
