Polaris: New Self Contained Trolley Chillers
Introducing a new range of compact trolley blast chillers from Polaris with integrated motor on board, designed to meet all the space saving needs of laboratories and professional kitchens.
The Keep Trolley blast chiller / freezers represents a versatile solution that combines the needs of chilling and freezing larger quantities of food with a structure that can be easily integrated into your production area.

Distinctive features include being designed for quick and easy installation and plug and play connection, IOT 4.0 connectivity, panel construction to allow assembly even directly inside the room.
Keep Trolley blast chillers are available in the two version, COMPACT (with GN / EN range trolleys) and LARGE versions (with increased depth to accommodate deeper trolleys).
